Jets vs Browns: Joe Flacco, 38 years old, played a big part in helping the Cleveland Browns get into the NFL playoffs. He threw the football really well, making 309 yards and three touchdowns. This helped the Browns win 37-20 against the New York Jets and secure a chance to play more games in the playoffs.
But during the game, there was a funny moment. There’s a video showing Joe Flacco looking like he might fall asleep while sitting on the bench.
Later, when someone asked him about it, he joked and said, “I think our team’s playing style might have made me a bit sleepy! We needed to do better to keep the game exciting.”
This is only the second time in 21 years that the Browns have made it to the playoffs. Right now, they are second in their division, the AFC North, just behind the Baltimore Ravens.
At halftime, the Browns were leading 34-17. Joe Flacco, who used to play for the Jets, threw two touchdown passes to Jerome Ford during the game.
The second half was more about defense, with both teams struggling to score more points. They each managed to get only one field goal in the last quarter, which meant no change in the score.
